What is the future of Judaism in the United States?

Once we release OUT OF FAITH in the next few months, we will be inviting our viewers to post their comments about what they believe will preserve the American Jewish Community. If it matters at all?

Things Heating Up for OUT OF FAITH

Over the past couple weeks, a heap of good news has come our way. Things are really starting to pick-up!

First, the Independent Feature Project (IFP) selected OUT OF FAITH as one of only 20 completed feature documentaries to participate in its 28th Annual Film Market. The IFP Market is the most prestigious industry-only film market in the United States. To learn more about the Market, please click here.

Next, the Washington Jewish Film Festival invited OUT OF FAITH to screen at its 17th Annual festival between November 30 - December 10, 2006. Attending this high profile Jewish film festival in the nation's capital should afford us the opportunity to raise the film's profile substantially.

Finally, yesterday (and today) renown radio producer Johanna Cooper interviewed OUT OF FAITH's director Lisa Leeman and me for a special Jewish High Holiday radio program to be broadcast between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. The program will air on over 70 public radio stations. Tune back in here for more details as the broadcast date gets closer.

These recent events mark an important ratcheting up of the pace for the OUT OF FAITH team. We are truly excited! Also don't forget to come see the film at our special VIP Screening at the Laemmle Sunset 5 Theatre in West Hollywood, CA. Check back for the link directly to the online ticketing site.

Watch for our theatrical release coming soon!!
