Minneapolis Jewish Film Festival
Wow! I cannot begin to tell you how blown away I was by the turnout at our screening last night in Minneapolis. There had to be over 200 people there and the post screening discussion went on for some time and was amazing. I have to be honest: with one of the highest intermarriage rates in the United States, I had no idea what the discussion would produce. However, although I am sure some did not agree with my slant on the issues presented in the film, the dialogue was civil and heartfelt. My hat goes off to fine folks of Minneapolis. And a special thanks to AISH Minnesota, especially Rabbi and Rebbetzin Simpser and Chaim Fink, for their generous support of the screening and hospitality to yours truly.
